General Manager, Oasis Cafe'

Will Keesen, the General Manager of the Oasis Café, has been actively involved in the hospitality industry for the past 25 years. Will grew up in Colorado and worked his first restaurant job working for a sub shop in a mall in Denver. He has always had restaurant jobs and earned his bones as a dishwasher, line cook, bartender, server and manager in three different states.

Fate brought Will to Utah 20 years ago when he visited and fell in love with Utah. He loves everything about it. His lasting first impression from his first night here was that everyone on the street said hello and were welcoming and friendly. A bonus to keeping him in the Beehive State is the fact that you can ski at world-class resorts in a half hour and within two hours you can be camping in Utah’s beautiful deserts.

Will last worked for Utah's largest seafood restaurant before joining Oasis in 2010. He brings his enthusiasm and experience to the Oasis Café. Will is very focused on providing the guest with top-notch service and amazing food in an exciting atmosphere.

Efren Benitez

Executive Chef, Oasis Cafe'

Efren Benitez has been with Oasis Café since its infancy, rising through the ranks in the kitchen, learning every station and every nuance of his customer’s palates.

 

His passion for fresh foods and close association with local farmers ensures an exceptional dining experience that will delight both the novice and the connoisseur.

 

His creative daily menus of American café cuisine for brunch, lunch and dinner, refreshing and light, are filled with local organic vegetables, sustainably ranched meats and freshest seafood.

Efren and his culinary team take pride in hand-crafting every item using the freshest ingredients possible, wanting guests to feel full but refreshed.  Each menu selection is designed with a perfect balance for taste, health, well-being, and artful design; hence the motto "Eat Responsibly."

Stefany Gomez

Manager, Oasis Cafe'

Stefany has worked her entire career at Oasis Café. She started her first job washing dishes at the age of sixteen and has worked every front-house position from bussing tables to serving and hosting.

 

It’s only natural that she fully understands every facet of creating a warm, welcoming dining experience.

Everyone at Oasis Café strives to make sure the guest experience is always uplifting and inspiring, and Stefany is in a unique position to manage and train the staff she considers family. They make a daily commitment to their guests of delicious, high quality cuisine, friendly and knowledgeable service, service to the community and a warm welcome.
